class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2022<\/strong> was the peak year (applications: 212,636, registrations: 156,640).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2023<\/strong>saw a decline of around 13%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2024<\/strong> was a year of recovery, with an increase in Madrid and foreign registrations in particular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Istanbul<\/strong> remained the country leader, accounting for almost 25% of all applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>China<\/strong> has become the foreign country investing the most in trademark registration in
