As MFY Legal, we evaluate this data not only from an economic perspective but also from <strong>a legal perspective<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Legal Assessment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>March 2025 statistics point to significant changes in company incorporations and liquidations. These changes should be taken into account in terms of <strong>commercial law, partnership structures, bankruptcy-insolvency law and foreign investor legislation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>? <strong>The increase in the number of companies in liquidation (12.3%)<\/strong> has direct legal consequences in terms of termination of commercial contracts, severance\/notice rights of employees, tax liabilities and asset transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>? <strong>The number of foreign-owned companies is 462<\/strong>, indicating that confidence in Turkey&#8217;s foreign investment legislation continues, but that the risks of <strong>collusive ownership structures<\/strong> or <strong>inadequate supervision<\/strong> need to be taken into account in practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>?
