No. 6458   <strong>Article 31 of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection <\/strong>  in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Children and Families. public\/private hospital report)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those who are required to stay in Turkey upon the request\/decision of <strong>the judicial\/administrative authority<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short-term <strong>family residence<\/strong> (divorce, expiration of 3 years, domestic violence exception, death of a sponsor)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Turkish course<\/strong> (MoNE authorized institution; maximum <strong>two times<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training\/research\/internship\/course <strong>through public institutions<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graduates of higher education in Turkey<\/strong> who apply <strong>within 6 months<\/strong> of graduation (up to 1 year, once)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investors<\/strong> and their families (specified amount\/scope; up to 5 years)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TRNC citizens<\/strong> (up to 5 years)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Except for 13 and 14, a <strong>maximum of 2 years<\/strong> can be given each time.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Requirements (Current)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Foreigners who will apply for a short-term residence permit must fulfill the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a <strong>valid passport<\/strong> or equivalent travel document,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To have <strong>health insurance valid<\/strong> for the duration of his\/her stay in Turkey,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing <strong>an address record<\/strong> in Turkey (certificate of residence),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no violation of public order or security,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sufficient and regular income<\/strong> (at least <strong>1.5 times the net minimum wage<\/strong> for single applicants, at <strong>least 1 minimum wage<\/strong> for each family member for family applicants; regularity for the last <strong>3 months<\/strong> must be documented)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Criminal record<\/strong> certificate if requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Documents<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following documents are usually requested during the application process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Residence Permit Application Form<\/strong> (signed by the foreigner\/guardian\/attorney with power of attorney)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopies of <strong>passport\/passport<\/strong> substitute documents (ID-photo, last entry, visa, if any; <strong>original<\/strong> with you <strong>at the appointment<\/strong> )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6 biometric photos<\/strong> (last 6 months, white background, ICAO + digital)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipts for payment of <strong>the residence fee and card fee<\/strong> <em>(citizens of fee-exempt countries pay only the card fee)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single-entry visa fee<\/strong> payment receipt* <em>For first-time visa exempt applicants or those who violate the duration of stay; except for exempt country groups<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valid health insurance<\/strong> (one of the following is sufficient):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SSI\/provincial social security unit letters within the scope of bilateral social security agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SSI provision<\/strong> letter or <strong>GSS application<\/strong> document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Private health insurance<\/strong> policy ( <strong>first page of<\/strong> the application is uploaded)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adequate and regular income declaration\/documentation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address registration<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Current &#8220;Certificate of Settlement&#8221;<\/strong> (e-Government &#8211; for <strong>extension\/transfer<\/strong> applications; <strong>not required under the age of 18<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passport<\/strong> (notarized translation, last entry page, visa page\/e-visa copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TCIP (Compulsory Earthquake Insurance)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tax number<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Annexes to the Application on Behalf of Children<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Birth certificate<\/strong> (if passport is not available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guardianship\/conservatorship<\/strong> order; <strong>consent<\/strong> in case of divorce (from the other parent)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Death\/orphanage<\/strong> certificate, single parenthood certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If from Turkey, e-signed\/sealed; if from abroad, <strong>apostilled<\/strong> + <strong>sworn translation<\/strong> (if not apostilled, consulate\/foreign affairs certification + translation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopies of parents&#8217; <strong>residence\/work permit<\/strong> in TR (if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For those under 18 years of age, <strong>consent form<\/strong> issued abroad + <strong>notarized letter of undertaking<\/strong> on behalf of the real\/legal person in Turkey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f It is very important that the documents are complete and up-to-date. Missing documents may result in rejection of the application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>According to Purpose<\/strong> <strong>Additional Documents (Examples)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scientific research:<\/strong> appropriate visa + official letter showing duration\/space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Landlord:<\/strong> title deed (residential nature, personal use; value requirement of <strong>at least 200,000 USD<\/strong> TL equivalent on the date of acquisition), <strong>valuation<\/strong> report if inherited\/donated, <strong>numbering<\/strong> (initial application), <strong>title deed continuation<\/strong> (extension)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Commercial\/business start-up:<\/strong> appropriate visa + <strong>notarized<\/strong> activity, tax certificate, trade register, signature circular from the addressee person\/company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In-service training:<\/strong> letter from public institution\/organization with duration\/location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exchange program\/agreement:<\/strong> education institution letter; if Erasmus\/Mevlana, program scope letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tourism:<\/strong> travel\/accommodation plan; <strong>proof of legal stay<\/strong> in TR for 1st degree relatives and\/or <strong>marriage certificate<\/strong> (birth certificate if from TR; apostille\/translation if from abroad) + <strong>income documents<\/strong> (passbook, company letter, deposit, rental income, etc. for the last 3 months). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Treatment:<\/strong> single physician report or chief physician approved report (e-report can be verified), SSI letter for those covered by bilateral agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Judicial\/Administrative request\/decision:<\/strong> e-signed letter from the relevant authority (time limit cannot exceed the LFIP limit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transfer from family residence:<\/strong> copy of previous <strong>residence card<\/strong> (original at appointment), <strong>divorce\/death<\/strong> certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Turkish course:<\/strong> appropriate visa + letter from MoNE-authorized institution with <strong>duration<\/strong> (maximum 2 times)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Program through public institutions:<\/strong> time\/place letter from the institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Higher education graduate:<\/strong> diploma\/graduation certificate (can be e-Government) &#8211; <strong>within 6 months of graduation<\/strong>, <strong>once\/1 year<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investor:<\/strong> <strong>certificate of eligibility<\/strong>, <strong>criminal record<\/strong> (TR or country of origin according to last 5 years;
