However, not every foreigner who meets the application requirements is automatically granted this right. The assessment depends on legislation and individual circumstances.  <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Rights Provided<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Indefinite work permit holders benefit from <strong>most of the rights granted to Turkish citizens<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unlimited right to work and reside in Turkey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to social security benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equality with Turkish citizens in education, health and social benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>However;<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The right to vote and be elected,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to hold public office,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Military service obligation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>is not covered by an indefinite work permit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
