Unlike capital companies such as the <a href=\"\/en?p=8841\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Joint Stock Company (A.\u015e.)<\/strong><\/a> or the <a href=\"\/en?p=8844\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Limited Company (Ltd. \u015eti.)<\/strong><\/a>, the collective company is a <strong>private company<\/strong> and best suited for small-scale or family-owned businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Characteristics<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Partners:<\/strong> Must be real persons (no legal entity partners allowed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liability:<\/strong> Partners are second-degree and unlimited liable for company debts.
